February 23 2021 - An hour before statements are due to community council we receive this from Mr. Cressy's office. Giving us no time to circulate, review or comment.  

February 24 2021 - Community Council Meeting - Community Council Unanimously votes to approve re-zoning without any concern for local landowners, adjacent developers, residents of the palace arms, or 250 constituents asked for a deferral. Instead - Only moments after the vote Mr. Cressy sends this. It's obvious he had this drafted because it was a done deal.
